McGrath Wentworth Falls/Leura agent Phil Haines said the vendors used the property only as a weekend and have fully renovated the home inside and out.

“The vendors reluctantly put it on the market because they have to move out of state for work … they bought it from the original owner and renovated the guts out of it,” he said.

“We have had it listed for eight hours so far and already received seven inquiries as views like that don’t come on the market that often and it is a huge block size in a unique pocket.

“There is a trend to buy to rebuild but you just don’t need to and the home already has full views to the west and east.”
